
GLENDA BROWN, MACP., RSW
Glenda focuses on where you where you are at, appreciating your unique beliefs and aligning with your values. She provides a warm, empathic, safe and nonjudgmental space to talk about the things that are getting in the way of enjoying your life.
Glenda specializes in working with ADHD and concurrent mental health disorders, such as substance use, anxiety and depression. She brings a vast amount of experience to her work with adults, young people and families who are trying to navigate their lives in the context of ADHD. She can also screen for ADHD and other mental health issues and help you find the resources you need for further assessment and possible medication treatment.
Glenda also has vast experience and a passion for working with seniors and older adults. She has a down to earth style that resonates with older adults and they feel heard and understood. She can also help their loved ones to navigate the confusing medical system to get connected to the resources needed to best support their family member.

Glenda has specialized training to work with trauma, anxiety and depression. She is trained in the following therapeutic techniques:
· Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)
· Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
· Cognitive Behaviour Therapy
· Motivation Interviewing for Substance Use
· Dialectical Therapy (DBT)
· Solution Focused Therapy
Office Hours: Monday, Tuesday and Friday (morning, day, evening)
Rate: $200/hour
