Bio: Dylan is a Registered Clinical Social Worker with 20 years experience working with children, youth, young adults, adults and families who have experienced challenges that include anxiety, depression, substance use, emotional regulation, anger and aggression, self-esteem, and major life changes. He is trained in multiple treatment modalities.

Bobbi Sutherland, MSW, RSW

Hours: Wed, Thurs, Fri & Sat (days & evenings)

Bio: Bobbi is a Registered Social Worker with 16 years of experience helping adults, adolescents, families, parents, and healthcare professionals - including first responders. She specializes in working with trauma, crisis, anxiety, relationships, burnout, as well as building resilience. She supports clients in navigating life’s challenges, stresses and transitions.

Janelle Turner, Provisional Psychologist

Hours: Mondays to Thursdays (days & evenings)

Bio: Janelle is a Provisional Psychologist with eight years experience in the mental health field. She holds a Masters Degree in Counselling Psychology and specializes in working with anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, emotional regulation, relationships, sexuality and navigating life's stresses and  transitions, including postnatal and perinatal challenges.

Crystal Popke, Registered Psychologist

Hours: Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri (days & evenings)

Bio: Crystal is experienced in working with children and families of various configurations, including non-traditional, foster and adoption/kinship. ​Crystal is a certified Synergetic Play Therapist and a Certified Theraplay® Practitioner. She is also

a certified Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) Provider.

Deanne Elsner, MSW, RCSW (co-owner)

Hours: Mon-Thurs (days)

Bio: Deanne is a Registered Clinical Social Worker Supervisor with 20 years of experience. She specializes in working with anxiety, addiction, loss/grief, self-acceptance/self esteem, family issues, parenting, relationship struggles, dealing with strong emotions, eating, body image and trauma. 

Stephanie Patterson, MSW, RSW

Hours: Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs (days & evenings)

Bio: Stephanie has over 17 years of experience as a registered Social Worker, working with children, youth, adults, and families who have experienced the impact of trauma, interpersonal violence, attachment difficulties, life transitions, grief/ loss and difficult family dynamics. 

Tracy Dean, MSW, RCSW (co-owner)

Hours: Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs (days & evenings)

Bio: Tracy has 20+ years of experience providing therapy. She specializes in working with individuals, couples and relationships in distress. She has a keen understanding of people struggling with intense emotions, anxiety, stress, life changes, addiction and problematic life patterns.
